Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. Base visit - November 2019

N.A.S. Fallon, Van Voorhis Field, is located southeast of the city of Fallon in western Nevada. Fallon is home to the ‘Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center’ (NAWDC), the center of excellence for naval aviation training and tactics development. The base is also home to VFC-13 ‘Saints’ Fighter Squadron Composite, flying the Northrop F-5 which provide adversary training for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps squadrons, carrier air wings and Marine aircraft groups.
