de Havilland DHC-1 Chipmunk T.10 (WP962 ‘C’). Superseding the Tiger Moth in 1950, the Chipmunk was the RAF‘s primary trainer till replaced by the Scottish Aviation Bulldog in the early 1970‘s. They continued to be used by University Air Squadrons and Air Experience Flights into the 1990‘s.
