Lockheed Hudson Mk IIIA (A16-199). Served with Coastal Command on anti-submarine and general reconnaissance duties, till being relgated to transport duties. A Hudson was the first Allied aircraft to capture a U-boat. U-570 which surrendered to an RAF No. 269 Squadron Hudson on 27th August 1941.
